- Chat metadata — timestamps, character selections, and conversation structure
1.3 Voice Data
When you use voice features:
- Voice recordings are transmitted to third-party AI providers for speech-to-text transcription
- Voice recordings are not permanently stored by HoloDream
- Transcribed text is stored as part of your conversation history
- AI-generated voice responses are created in real-time and not stored
1.4 Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information about how you use the Service:
- Message and voice quota usage
- Feature usage patterns
- App performance data
- Error and crash reports
1.5 Device Information
We may collect information about your device, including:
- Device type and operating system
- App version
- General location (country/region, not precise location)
1.6 Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed entirely through Google Play. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial information. We receive only:
- Subscription status (active/cancelled)
- Purchase tokens for verification
- Subscription tier and expiry date
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the Service — generate AI character conversations, maintain conversation memory, and deliver voice interactions
- Maintain your account — authenticate your identity and manage your subscription
- Improve the Service — analyze usage patterns to improve features, performance, and reliability
- Process payments — verify Google Play subscriptions and manage quotas
- Provide support — respond to your inquiries and resolve issues

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following service providers, solely to operate the Service:
3.1 Third-Party API Providers
We use third-party AI service providers to process text conversations, generate AI responses, transcribe audio, and synthesize voice. These providers process your data solely to deliver the Service and are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.
3.2 Third-Party Infrastructure Providers
We use third-party cloud hosting and database providers to securely store your data. All data is stored with encrypted connections and access controls. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.
3.3 Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed through Google Play. We do not directly handle your payment information. Google Play is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
3.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
4. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored on secure, managed database servers provided by a third-party cloud hosting provider
- All data transmission uses encrypted connections (TLS/SSL)
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms (bcrypt)
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel
- We regularly review and update our security practices
While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
5. Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active
- Conversation history is retained for as long as your account is active, to provide the infinite memory feature
- Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not permanently stored
- Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days

- Access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Deletion — you can delete your account and all associated data at any time
- Export — you can request an export of your conversation history
- Correction — you can update your account information
- Restriction — you can request that we limit how we process your data

7. Children's Privacy
HoloDream is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete that information.
